When you deactivate traction control, does it completely shut it off, or increase the amount of wheel slip before it act to save you before you lose control?

Seems to me that it just reduces the effect. If you really try, you can wreck yourself with it on or with it off. ??

Whoa, TIL.
I thought that was a GT-only thing, but per the manuals, looks like it's only in Job 1s that "You cannot switch the electronic stability control system off".
