UK specific active fsa / tsb for the car?

Hi, on the back of my last post regarding my failed hvbjb , my dealer (UK) is getting themselves in knots on how to proceed.

Im looking to find someone with access to the current and LIVE situation regarding the repair from someone with access to fords systems.

I’ve found

But cannot find the UK equivalent.
I know there is a tsb on the fix, but my dealer is sitting behind the current recall superseding it. As (in the UK) that recall is ‘on hold’ (I’m assuming for parts) they say they cannot do anything..

I know I’m gonna have to fight tooth and nail on this one so need to have all of the info to go back to them.
Can anyone UK based help?

I checked with my dealer as I also received the recall notice & they checked & said parts not available on back order. I’ve been waiting since early November for wheel bearing replacement again on back order

I have made progress today. Managed to get ford uk to get permission over to dealer to fix car rather than wait on recall nonsense.

now I’m in the waiting game for parts.
