Universal RFID card for charging?

I have EV Institute chargers near my work, and they have a couple at one of the welcome plazas on 95 can't remember if it is the last Maryland before Delaware or the one in DE). I have a hard time getting them to work with the credit option (and the DCFS, by the way, is slow and expensive). I saw it accepted RFID cars, but their website has no option to order one or download an app. By chance, is there a universal RFID card that can hold payment info and be used at stations like EV Institute that offer the ability to tap an RFID? Or, does E:I have partnership with another provider?
