My 2022 Mach-E GTPE won't update; I checked the menu and it says "token not present" and "IPPT failure," and the CAN bus is also failing. The Ford dealer doesn't know what might be wrong. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The OTA that failed at the end of May failed due to a "release notes validation error". This seems to be a server side issue and not a problem with your car itself. I see no codes indication CAN bus comms issues.
