Updated Software - Now can't get back into the Ford Pass App

I just had the dealership do the update for the Ford Pass App, then I get a notice saying "Accidental Unplug" I didn't have it plugged in. Then it wouldn't lock when I walked away and now I can't get the app to come back up on my phone. Help!

Have you tried uninstall/reinstall of FordPass?

I did uninstall and reinstall. I'm going to watch it over the coming days and hopefully it was only a glitch. I took it in because the door to the electric plug wouldn't shut. The dealerships really don't know anything about this car.
