Has anyone else had any issues with the screen reading USB device not recognized when charging your phone? I have a wireless charging phone holder with USB C to USB C. I also tried USB C to USB and still not recognizing the device. It will charge my phone for about a minute and continously cycles on and off. I have a 2023 Premium.

Try resetting sync: forward (right) + vol down for 10 seconds.

That didn't work.
I'm just using a MagSafe charger that's attached to the USB-C port. I don't have this issue. There must be something on the data lines of the device you're using that's causing the car to freak out. Have you tried a "charge only" cable? ??

Is the USB cable attached to
The charger ( stand) or the phone ? If it’s the charger I expect it does not recognized the device and freaks out. If it is plugged into your phone , the. I would try a new quality cable and not one next to slim Jim’s at the gas station counter

I have it plugged into my magsafe charger directly with a high quality cord.

I am using a higher quality charge only cable directly into the magsafe charger usb-c to usb-c.

So if you use that same cable on your phone and a computer the phone will not try to connect to the computer? I have only seen this kind of behavior on computers with chargers tethered to a data-capable cable. ??

Thank you for this info. I took a look back at my cable and it is data transferring capable which is causing this issue. I will look for a charging cable only.
