Walk Away Auto Lock stopped working

i have my doors and mirrors set to “walk away lock” which they have been doing since I purchased my Mach e in July, however they stopped doing this recently, any ideas? Also my center display has started to not come on when I start the car ?

Have you double checked that your settings didn’t change. Sometimes updates to the car change random settings.
