washer fluid sprayer motor under Ford Protect?

Both front and rear washer fluid sprayer of my 2021 Mach E stopped working. It has an active Ford Protect coverage. My dealer did some diagnosis, and told me that they need to replace the motor. They told me that they were surprised to find that the motor is not on the catalog of Ford Protect, and therefore they’re not sure whether it would be covered by Ford.

Does any of you happen to know whether it’s covered?

Great question. I have no idea... Have you tried calling customer service? I'll try and find out on my end...

I end up found my Ford Protect terms and read it. It said: If You elected PremiumCARE, all Failures are covered EXCEPT for those items excluded in the Provision titled: “WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT.”

I pointed this out to my dealer, and they replied saying it is covered.
