Waze Misguidance

I recently took a trip from Detroit to Grand Rapids, Michigan. I stopped at an Electrify America charging station and it was a very good experience. However, coming home, after I set "home" as my destination, waze routed me to the next charging station instead. It took me a while to figure that out. Question is now, will this continue? Do I have to do something to make it stop misrouting?

Waze has no idea of your current battery level. For more accurate routing with battery integration on the Mach E, use Apple Maps (CarPlay), Google Maps (Android) or ABRP app.

The issue is: I wanted it to Route me home, instead it routed me to a charging station. It knew where I was and my state of charge ( which I had plenty of), but why did it route me to a charging station?
