Website not showing Reservation?

I logged in today out of curiosity and noticed in my new Ford profile my reservation is no longer showing? Has anyone else had this happen? I called today and they opened a support ticket, but I thought this was kind of weird.

It's not showing on my profile page now, either. The whole reservations section is gone, and in some attempts I can't even get the profile page to finish loading. Their web site is... not great.
