100% agree with you Jon!
How will they improve if they don't see the problem?
When speaking with various Ford support resources they have always been polite and sometimes they even try to help but so far my experience says they aren't really adding any value for the customer.
The roadside assistance group is the worst IMO and yes I know that is a contracted company but they represent Ford to the customer and they should be responsive.

@Machetraccs sorry the dealer couldn't confirm the issue. Something triggered the messages and now you have doubt in your mind.
Ya its wierd. They said they turned on something that will monitor the next 15 drive cycles and if the error pops up again they will be notified and logging it. I would need to bring it back in.

There are so many thousands of lines of code at play, spread across an amazing number of independent modules and sensors and harnesses/connectors. It's not shocking to me that a false alert can be triggered by nothing more than a millisecond interruption in communication between 1 sensor and a single monitoring PID.

It's interesting that the Ford coder that wrote the text for the alert even included verbiage that indicates the alert could be false! And if so, don't let it worry you. (I added that part ?)

Yeah your build date is late enough (after May 2022) that you technically shouldn't have HVJB issues.
That just means that the mitigation software was installed in the car before sale and that it should have gotten the second revision HVBJB. There's a reason the third revision was made and we're starting to see failures of that now. ??
