Recently, I have noticed when I start my car about 30 seconds down the road I hear two short dings/beeps? Anyone know what it means

One of the most often things is an alert from the navigation system, even though you aren't routing anywhere. Go into its settings and look. Curve in road, school zone, ...

Do you happen to have a Comma installed? Mine does this sometimes and I believe it’s the moment the Comma completes booting and opens the harness box relays to start intercepting ADAS messages.

Several minutes away from my house is a curve in the road that is too tight for the lanekeeping to follow, so it diengages and gives an audio indication. I think it's just a single ding, though, not double, so this probably isn't it. Just mentioning it as a remote possibility.

It could also be suggested destinations or whatever from the nav system as it learns where you go.
My guess is this. It boots up and in the background decides that when you drive this way, you’re usually headed home, or whatever. It dings to alert and if you have nav open, you can agree and route there.

my experience is that if I don’t have nav open, by the time I get it open, the alert is gone.

Oh very interesting! Gotta look into that, could be my dings too.
