What does your battery say when fully charged?

I have the extended battery and at full it says 313KM? Is this normal? I thought it was supposed to be closer to 400+?

Everything I have ever read says it is not good to charge the battery to 100% so I haven't done that yet. So I don't have a number for you, sorry.
