Why does iPhone keep switching between two Bluetooth connections?

Why does the car have 2 Bluetooth profiles and why does the car continuously try to connect back and forth between them?

The 55415 is the PAAK bluetooth address - you’ll notice it matches the last numbers of your VIN.

The other is for Sync connectivity.
