As much as BYD says they’ve mitigated SoH decline, I am willing to bet that the SoH models for their ultra fast charging batteries are much uglier than anything any western automaker is willing to risk. ??

To hear the automotive EV press tell it, we're starting to look as outdated as Cuba a few decades post-embargo, but frankly who really wants EV charging logistics to rival NASA's space shuttle for cost and impracticality? Conventional EV DCFC infrastructure is expensive enough without multiplying that cost unnecessarily... I'm perfectly satisfied with my electric Chevy Bell Air Rally edition, thank you very much.
