Last night I made a 170km round trip to bring my daughter back to school. The drive is 80% highway, temps were just above freezing, and the GOM was reading 177km of guesstimated range (SR battery).
So I thought worst case scenario I'll make a quick stop on the return leg for a NASCAR style splash & go, and arrive home with a few KMs to spare.
I drove conservatively (105 kph) in Blue Cruise for almost the entirety and at the half way point still had 113 km indicated in the GOM. Given the return trip is 86 km I figured I'd make it home with around 30 km to spare.
By the time I pulled in the driveway I had 56 km to spare, at about 23% battery.
Pretty happy with that actually.
