Some folks have had their ability to control the Mach E windows disappear from Ford Pass. See https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/fordpass-roll-windows-down-function-disappeared.38449/

To get to the bottom of this, let's see if it matters which OS is in use and if version matters.

Remember that in newer versions the window control has been moved to the Bluetooth controls section.

If you want to post your version number, please do so in a post. Also, you might want to note if you are using a operating system beta.

For what purpose are people needing to control the car windows via their phone?
My button is still there in the app (iOS beta), but not sure under what circumstances I would need to use it.

In the summer I have used this to cool the car without starting it. I will just remotely open the windows.

I did not loose window control, howerve, I'm usually 1-2 months behind on OTA's once I hear about them on the Forum. So, essentially I'm "on deck". That being said, I've never used it. I usually use it to pop the frunk, aka pickle ball bag or groceries.

If you notice, it could be what year their car is. Many of those with 2023+ are the ones having the issue and getting this update.

I have a 2022 and do not have this issue and doubt I will get this update.

What makes you think that. I don't have to start limit control to see it. I just click the Bluetooth controls button to open that window.

The control is there but only seems available via Bluetooth. I've never used it and, given it's only usable within a few feet of the car, I don't see the value.

It’s highly unlikely this is tied to the app at all, likely vehicle software.

Still have it, using FordPass for ios standard release....but have had no updates since end of May 6.14

Definitely no ECG-24.2.4.10 has been installed

I posted in the thread that seemed to have spawned this poll/thread. My ‘23 Premium AWD Extended Mach E got the ECG-24.2.4.10.2 update pushed over night on 8/31. The window controls were available in the app previously that day, but now they are not. My phone has not updated either iOS or the app since then. I agree, this is not tied to the app or phone OS, rather a vehicle update that changed something.
