Thanks, mine worked for 23 months but broke 1 moth before the lease is up. We plan to buy the car but want the dealer to replace the unit. Both Grizzl & Tesla charger seem liked here.I started getting faults months in, if you read on here they really aren’t high quality units and certainly not worth the price that is being charged. I bought a Grizzl-E classic and have had no further issues to date.
That's very helpful. This is a leased car but we plan to buy it. I had no idea how often these units break. They are covered under the 3yr/36 warranty from what I understand.
Mine hasn't failed yet but it tends to overheat during hot weather. I'm planning on upgrading before summer hits, probably will get the emporia which seems to be a solid choice per this forum along with the grizzl-e.That's very helpful. so helpful. I just read the extremely positive State of Charge review. I am hoping I can get a replacement unit from the dealer under warranty, but it's great to learn about better units. You should still warranty the mobile unit, even if you're buying a more reliable home L2 ESVE, so you can at least keep it on board for travel.
I'm doing well with just L1 charging, but plan to install L2 soon. When I do I'll probably go with this Grizzl-e for $250.

4 years and mine hasn’t failed yet either. It might be because I’ve never used it.Mine hasn't failed yet but it tends to overheat during hot weather. I'm planning on upgrading before summer hits, probably will get the emporia which seems to be a solid choice per this forum along with the grizzl-e.
I built a little hutch for mine by the carport. In almost two years, it’s given me half dozen yellow fault lights. Though the breaker in the house hasn’t tripped, I just flip it off and on, and the charger works fine afterwards. Our leased car is 23 mos old. The EVSE appears to have died. Is this common?
