Has anyone taken delivery of their Mach E without it showing up on palsapp.com. Mine is supposed to be delivered 3/12 and still not showing up-getting nervous.

Palsapp will drive you nuts. Data updates have been slow in general including with Palsapp. .

In the FWIW department, elsewhere in this forum someone reported their MME finally showed delivered to the dealer in the various trackers ... two days after he picked it up.

Yeah my updates have sucked, especially since I placed my order through the dealer as I made changes to my original reservation and couldn’t do it online. Everything seems screwed up since then.. crossing my fingers I don’t get delayed.

If you received the shipping email from Ford it’s shipped. If it shows up in the forum tracker using your VIN as shipped, it’s shipped.

The trip to Kansas City takes about 2 weeks. Except maybe right now. The weather is atrocious in much of the country. It would not surprise me if trains are delayed and if offloading is delayed. Plus Jack Cooper Transport may be unable to haul the cars between the ramps atm during freezing rain and the like.

vehicleordertracking for my MME shows it to be delivered tomorrow (2/22). It has been "pending" in palsapp for 2 months.

Update: today (2/22) the delivery date in vehicleordertracking kazinged out 21 days to 3/15. Bummer.

Even "Vehicle visibility" which is the FORD wording for their internal tracking is even off. It's usually safe to say "ETA" is not a delivery date, rather a window of time. Anywhere from today to the end date of your ETA your MME will show up. Pals is not a good indicator of anything.

Mine is showing that it is to be delivered today. Mine changed to a shipped status on 1/26. Since that day it has been "Pending" in Palsapp. I've seen others shipped around the same time already delivered here in Colorado. And I saw another Colorado car ship on 2/1 and it arrived in KC on 2/18 and has an ETA of 3/8.

It's all very confusing. My hope that my car is in the local area now and just hasn't updated in any of the systems.

Check again now. I was same as you, 3/10 ETA for delivery, no update in palsapp, starting to wonder, dealer made a change to my order for me (color) even a couple days after it was already sent in, etc.

This morning I checked after a long while and saw my first update (no longer "pending")
Origin: Kansas City
Destination: BIRMINGHAM, MO
Destination Name: NORFOLK SOUTHERN (VOLTZ)
Status: Delivered on Feb 19 2021

I guess that should be keeping with the original estimate I got of 3/4 - 3/10 delivery here in Northern VA. ?

Yeah both pulsapp and VV have been not updating over last two to three weeks. Been flaky. Just be patient and go with what’s in the trackers

Yup and the word delivered does not mean delivered to the dealer in pals. However if it says delivered in the Ford link below, it's at the dealer. Status changes a day or two after delivery, for me it changed next day.

Update: I checked my car this morning and again just a few minutes ago. It went from Pending to Delivered to "Birmingham, MO" with the date of 2/21. I'm guessing that means it's still 10 days or so from delivery.

Sure is, but keep in mind I think the train can only go 10 miles and hour.

Plus, it just says it arrived today. It still has to be loaded on a west bound train and there is another transfer at Cheyenne, WY.

Shipped 1/26 - should have been in KC around 2/10 so dont know what they were doing with it for all these days unless it never shipped on 1/26. Hard to tell
