Wow!! is Ford updating the user manual? That would be cool. As before it did not say anything about the backup unlock or backup start. It would be even better that when they make an update letting us know.You shouldn't need a card or a FOB for a valet if you have PAAK and a backup passcode set up. Pg 64 of the manual:

Backup Start is in the original owners manual, published 11/16/2020, twenty times.

Valet mode only restricts changes to settings. It does not give access to start the car.
