I've got that lovely issue on my GT that is present in some Mach-E's where I have a thunking sound when driving, and it's much worse when braking. Pretty sure it's related to the TSB that went out where the brake pad material breaks off and gets stuck to the rotor (link to the TSB info). My dealership can't get me in until the 18th; any concerns with driving on this until then?

I have the same issue on my driver's side front wheel and have an appointment for the 11th.

I use 1-pedal driving exclusively so my brake usage is minimal, and I have definitely noticed that makes it a lot less prevalent once the largest chunk of it was knocked off the rotor. I'm just going to nurse it between now and the 11th.

Don't forget that braking performance is related to pad size so if a significant chunk of the pad broke off the braking for that wheel will be significantly reduced.
