Mine has done the dreaded 'upgrade to 1.7.1 but not really' and now its stuck. Not sure whether to wait it out or take it in to get it looked at.

Got 1.7.1, Notes, etc, overnight but Android auto no longer connects via USB it's already booked in for general camera & adaptive cruise issues so hopefully they'll catch it with everything else.

Do a sync reset then try AA again. Hold (on the steering wheel) track skip right and volume down for 10 seconds.

SSM 50776 - Mustang Mach-E. SYNC - Loss Of Bluetooth Pairing After A Key Cycle.

Some Mustang Mach-E vehicles may experience a loss of Bluetooth pairing after akey cycle, after accessory protocol interface module (APIM) replacement and programming, or a software
update. This may be due to APIM software. To correct theconcern:
1. Perform SYNC master reset via settings > general settings > reset ›master reset.
2. Make sure customer device is up to date
3. Reboot customer device.

Thanks. AA just started working again it seems, so no reset but I still need to get the car fixed with the camera and associated issues so will keep an eye on it.

My car is still stuck on a failed 1.7.1
Is there anything I Can do, or do I need to take it into the garage? (Please god no, my garage is useless)

My car recently got 1.7 two weeks and then I noticed in the Android widget app that I actually also got 2.1.0 in the last week also. I though it was related to some camera repairs whilst the car was at the dealers this week, but then I saw the update date was actually May 17th. So was OTA before it went in. Can't say I really noticed anything interesting other than the notes app and there is a new square icon on the small car in the dash screen representing the lookahead radar picking up a car in front.

Things seem to be moving quicker, a few days ago I saw another OTA notice and seems like I got 2.6.0. I have the adjusted horizontal volume bar, so I guess this is the latest one for UK cars right?

Mine tried to install 2.6 on Wednesday but failed, I think because I plugged it in to charge.

Hmm, now Ford Android Widget telling me I got 2.7.1. (additional remote control options in FordPass app) but I'm not seeing the buttons or update yet in the app.

Look at the first line of the above. "Request delivery queued" so your car has not installed it yet. Just in the queue
