Yeah, and i think there’s some other logistical planning involved too, where they need a certain amount of cars going in a specific direction to be able to fill a rail car, plus whatever other stuff is contracted regarding delivery. Plus it’s that time of year, where lots of people take vacations.From a shipping perspective I think it's just dumb luck myself.
I suspect that when there's delays in places like Kansas City that the parking lot becomes tetris and they can get into a situation where it's last in, first out and some of the cars in the back of the lot (which have been there the longest) don't move on until the log jam is cleared. Complete conjecture of course.
