Seems like most cars that end up in Wilmington via Norfolk Southern are transported by United Road. They've got a simple delivery receipt lookup tool on their site and that was my first stop. That tool showed that my car was in their system, and from there I was able to sign up for more detailed tracking.

United Road will send you a temp password. Once you have that, open the nav on their site and hit the OVISS Login menu item. Once you're logged in, hit the green Search button, in the "Search By" drop down select VIN, and then input your VIN to that box on the right. It should come back with a listing for your car.
Typically it'll show the status as inactive until your rail car has been unloaded. Mine just switched to Pending Pickup this evening.
How did you find out you were on United Road? My last stop was East Decatur on July 13th and that’s where the rail stopped. I think all that map shows is the route between pickup and delivery address. What is the actual status of the vehicle? Is it pending pickup? Inactive? Something else?So this means my car is actually in Newark now? Or does it just mean it’s on its way to Newark, and just showing the Newark to dealer route it will take once it gets to Newark?
If you’re showing inactive, then you haven’t been unloaded in Wilmington yet. Once you’re unloaded and ready to be picked up for delivery to the dealer, your status will change to “Pending Pickup.”So this means my car is actually in Newark now? Sorry you're right, Newark. Just have Wilmington on the brain (my railcar has been sitting there since Friday with no action).
