Just installed a GR1 and when I start charging the estimated finish time is in the past. Screen grab from today, plugged in at 14:19 at 63% and scheduled to reach 90% at 12:50 today.

An hour or so into the charge, I'm at 76%, energy added is 9kWh, but distance added shows --

Lastly, the time on the charge started counting at 67h,0m and after just over an hour, it's at 68h, 4m — so it counts right, but it started counting from 67hrs for some reason.

This is only the second time I used the charger, just arrived this week. First time was just a top off, and it had the same in the past issue. I thought maybe it was a one-time thing. Guess now.

Anyone else experience this?

It's a bug in the latest FordPass, and not related to the charger. It's even happening with my official Ford-branded charger.

thanks all for the info. I searched the forums, but didn't look for app-specific content.
I reached out to Grizzl-E looking for help as well, and they apparently were not aware of the issue.
They are now, as I shared this info with them.
Timing was perfect, same day I installed the new charger (EVSE), the app updates. Perfect.

I have seen this numerous times. I have always tied it with the way I control my grizzl-e or charge plug for that fact. I trip the breaker to the charger manually if the car is unhooked. If I plug in the car then reset the breaker secondly , I get those weird calculations. do it the other way breaker then car, never does it?‍♂

Same here...it's 8:26 AM and my estimated finish time is today at 5:15 AM. It happened to me when I came back from vacation so I thought it was on Hawaiin time for some reason. Good to know it's a bug in the app.

The time bug has been fixed, update your FordPass app to 4.27.1.
