I wonder how much additional charge this will offer. It seems a tad inefficient. Charge a car a little bit, return home, plug in and charge up, go back to another car, etc.

Yeah it's too easy for someone to drive into it, tip it over, or steal it. Thieves will see it and think "challenge accepted".
