Had dealer update OBCC on my 2021 PAWD last week per TSB 22-2496 to address compatibility problems with a few EA Lvl 3 chargers. Today my Ford account lists a new CSP 22B48 with the same description. Are these both solving the same problem? Do I have to get the OBCC updated again?

It should be the same software, your dealer must not have submitted their warranty paperwork yet.

Dealer submitted paperwork and CSP 22B48 still shows up as needed for my car. I called the Ford Relationship center who chatted with the battery/charging department. They said that they cannot tell the software level of my OBCC module remotely. I must take it in to a dealer or wait for OTA, whenever that might arrive....

It takes a loooong time for these to fall off if the dealer does it, I’ve still got the HVAC showing even though it came OTA months ago

Took to the dealer and the tech checked and then installed CSP 22B48.
