Two months in and I have had my first issue with charging and need some advice.
I have a 2023 GT with just over 3000 miles and a Juice Box 40 amp level 2 charger at home.
I normally charge late in the evening from 11 pm till about 3 am to get the charge I need for the day. but last night nothing happened.
The times are set up on Ford Pass app on my phone, but this morning it seems the time on the app isn't sync with the charger or the correct time.
Right now it is 9:30 am EST and I changed the Preferred Charging Time to basically all day to get it to charge. It should have about 3 to 4 hours to complete charging which would be about noon. The app indicates it would be finished at 3:21 am the day before. So the app is about 24 hrs behind now for some reason
Anyone have this issue or know how to reset things to get back to syncing the car, charger and app?
FYI. I do not use the Juice Box app. I never could get it to work once I installed the box, but never seemed to need it in the last two months.

Neither FordPass nor the car sync with the JuiceBox charger. That' s not a thing. FordPass only controls the Ford Charge Station Pro (max of 80amps) and the Ford Connected Charge Station (max of 48amps).

The charger has lights, see what they indicate when plugged in and the car not charging. https://support-emobility.enelx.com/hc/en-us/articles/360062299831-LED-Indicator

FlordPass often has issues. Lock or unlock the car with it to force it to sync.

Check the settings in the car.

Thanks. I will give that a try. Noticed this morning the clock was about 15 mins off. Reset the clock. Didn't see a place to make sure the date was correct.

You have to set the times in the car, not Ford Pass

I've been using the app for two months without any issues.
Just in the past week the car clock seems 12 hrs behind
