How to stop text header information from being played

Anyone know how to stop text header information from being played?

Situation: While driving with cell phone connected via bluetooth, when a new text comes through to my cell phone and I select the option to 'listen', Synch - I think Synch - plays all the header information prior to the message, i.e. date, time, from whom, who else receives the text, etc. Quite annoying. I've scoured sources and searched to no avail. There must be an option somewhere to prevent this. Note: My 2015 Ford Fusion also plays text messages without any header information.

That is weird, I have mine play text message but I've never heard the header information. Mine only seems to give me the option to play them though if I'm on the Android Auto screen so maybe that works better than whatever the Ford Sync system is trying to do.

I use CarPlay and Siri reads my texts just fine.

My 2021 MME does the same thing. It only does it for group messages. I have an Android while the rest of my immediate family use iPhones. Did anyone offer a solution?

No firm solutions using the default Synch system. I could try using Android Auto, but I want Synch fixed.

Completely agree, it even gives the date/time in full ISO format down to the second. Extremely annoying. (FWIW we are an Android family)
