Charge only to 99%-429km

Hi,

My MME GT PE won’t charge to 100%. To test last night was connected with 89% battery remaining for 11+hrs and stuck at 99% and 429km range. Should I worry about this?

I’m using the original charger.

For my surprise after moving the car for few meters inside the parking the panel showed 100%.
ps. I have the same information in the FordPass and car panel

Also I want to known if is normal the estimated range to show only 429km because I see a lot of examples here in this forum showing more than 500km.

I have never had 500 km and always around 425 Km at 100%. If you only drive slow around town all the time 500 km may be possible. I drive majority highway and never expect to see 500 km. It depends on your driving history and past driving habits. Is 426 Km enough to get you through most days?

Hi,

426km is more than enough for daily usage... but for traveling +100km is apreciated. I asked because as I mentioned I see alot of people posting more than 500km estimated range also the fact i mentioned about only charging to 99% is strange...

Mine always says 100%? Not sure about 99% how new is it it may take a bit of time to learn. Charge it few times and see what happens.

You will never get 500 km on this car traveling at any speed. What you are seeing is cars that putt around town getting 500 km. This cars range depends on temperature, speed, wind and hills. 426 km is good and it will learn your range once it understands your style. Mine does not get 400 km when I travel.
