Review of a Premium AWD ER from Jason at Engineering Explained.

Perspective matters on "quick to respond" as I've had family members tell me that their MyFord Touch is "responsive" whereas I'd have probably punched the screen out by now if I had their car.Side note, first review I've seen that described you can LOCK the doors from the outside by touching them. He describes the screen as "quick to respond" so the confusion on that topic continues.
yeah but if you pull it past the point that protection retracts then it could be an issue. I am pessimistic so I am thinking of what can go wrong.I'm surprised so many reviewers haven't noticed the rubber grab pad on the rear doors. It seems so obvious there actually is a "handle" of sorts.
And he doesn't notice that the door has a prop that prevents it from being bumped closed and preventing the pinching issue he complains about.
Pretty sure it actually locks when you walk away (with the key) - don't need to press anything.Side note, first review I've seen that described you can LOCK the doors from the outside by touching them. He describes the screen as "quick to respond" so the confusion on that topic continues.
I mean yes, if you open a normal door and then close it on your hand, it will also pinch your hand.yeah but if you pull it past the point that protection retracts then it could be an issue. I am pessimistic so I am thinking of what can go wrong.
No idea where that "fact" came from at all. No issues charging Teslas in the cold, just like any other EV.The shocker in this video for me...
You're not supposed to *start* charging the Tesla battery in freezing temperatures (below 32°F). The Mach-E is designed to allow you to start charging at temps even between -10 to -20°C (14°F to -4°F).
Can that possibly be right? There are times when it wont get above the freezing point for more than a month where I live.
If true, I'm really glad I went for the Mach-E over the Model Y.
It's the battery has to warm up aspect of it or it damages the battery of a tesla. Not waiting for the battery to condition itself. More on this info will be out soon.No idea where that "fact" came from at all. No issues charging Teslas in the cold, just like any other EV.
I noticed that as well,Side note, first review I've seen that described you can LOCK the doors from the outside by touching them. He describes the screen as "quick to respond" so the confusion on that topic continues.
He actually corrected himself down in the comments (pinned comment)I'm surprised so many reviewers haven't noticed the rubber grab pad on the rear doors. It seems so obvious there actually is a "handle" of sorts.
