Anyone else experience peeling of the steering wheel control buttons/switches? It started with the "K" in "OK", and has spread to other areas of the VOL switch.

I just passed three years, though still under 36,000mi, but do have the extended warranty. I searched around and couldn't find any decals/stickers, so while I may have a shot at the dealer covering this I'd rather not deal with them (again) if I can tackle this cosmetic issue on my own. Any/all thoughts are appreciated!

Also, please move this to a more appropriate area if needed, mods - I just about posted in the INTERIOR MODS forum, but this isn't really a mod - just want it back the way it was, lol!

I'm curious to hear if they decide to cover it under warranty. I'd certainly start there, at least. Just wondering if it would be considered wear and tear. It's also only the only negative things that Matt Farah had to say about his three year leased Mach-E. His next track button was basically completely gone.

My wife had something similar with her 21 Ford Escape. The chrome trim on the window switches would come apart at least once a year. Ford replaced under warranty at least three times, though the actually switches broke and didn't just peel like yours. I can totally see Ford not approving this as it's wear and tear "aesthetic". Try anyways.
