Fordpass Update 5.2.0 - Fixed in 18.1 Beta 2

After updating the FordPass 5.2.0 on iOS 18 Beta 3. All the options that need a change of page like the settings, location, charge history, etc. stopped to work. Did anyone else face this?

Curious, but are they not working, or are you consistently being bumped out of the screens back to the home screen?

They start to go in but bump me back to home screen

Yeah, I'm seeing the same issue and have been told the team is looking into it (iOS specifically).

Curious, but are they not working, or are you consistently being bumped out of the screens back to the home screen?

I think I’m seeing the same issue. The slide-over to the left animation draws as if it’s loading the requested screen, but the content never loads, and then the new screen immediately slides back to the right.

Seeing this on things like Public Charging, Vehicle Health, Active Recalls, etc.

I’m on iOS dev beta 3 if that could be a factor.

Yup, that seems to be the common pattern atm ?. We're both on iOS 18.3.

This very well could be an iOS 18 Beta bug.

FYI, this doesn't happen on iOS 18 beta 2 -- I think it's safe to confirm this is an iOS 18.3 specific bug.

Time to take out the Feedback App and give Apple a heads up ?. No idea if they broke something in their UI frameworks or the Networking stacks.

I don’t think it’s Apple, Because I had iOS 18.3 from yesterday and started seeing this crashing only after updating to FordPass 5.2.0.

So pretty sure it’s ford that messed up not Apple

Seeing the same with iOS 18 beta 3. Luckily I don’t use the app for much more than PaaK ?

I doubt Ford will push a fix since its only impacting those on beta iOS, unfortunately.

It could be a combination of both, but it's highly unlikely it's not a change on Apple's side that caused the situation.

Regardless, it's definitely a beta only issue with the root cause being a change on Apple's side.
