Bluecruise 1.3 Failed, Would someone be able to look into the update sessions log for the cause?

Hey everyone,

Drove an hour to work today, came

to a stop and parked. A message popped up saying "Vehicle not updated" I went into the software updates and saw that bluecruise 1.3 Not completed.

I have read about 12v soc being an issue for failed updates and that not completed updates are caused by other problems.

Curious if someone could take a look into it for me through the PTS System. Vin: 3FMTK3SU4NMA07624

Failed due to a hash mismatch. Not sure what causes this, but it is a server issue. You didn't do anything wrong nor could you have done anything differently. Sometimes, sh*t happens. Just gotta wait for it to be resent.

Same thing happened to me a few days ago. The ford servers haven’t yet resent it to my car, just gotta sit tight and not get too jealous of all the successful reports on the forums ?

A Hashkey is data field, usually a string of numbers and letters that won't look like anything much to you or me. But it is an important value used to validate a data file transfer.
A Hashkey is a calculated value, based on some formula used by the developers (at Ford), and calculated against the initial file before it is download - like to your Mach-E in this case. The Hash is generally one of the first values sent in a download header. Then when the file download is complete, the receiving system (Mach-E) runs the same calculation on the received file and compares the Hashkey it calculated, against the Hashkey received from the sending server (Ford). If the Hash values do not match, it means that some data was dropped during the file transfer.

I have the exact same error but my error says "Cancelled by cloud". It came in as a PSCM update.

Another member here messaged me his VIN. He also got 1.3 sent as a PSCM update and it went through. However, it updated the IPMA to the newer version even though PTS shows it was a PSCM update only.

Like many others, the new BC features do not work even though the update went through.

Unfortunately I have not, the error has cleared and it is as if nothing ever happened.

Just waiting for them to repush it which I do not believe they will.. Need to wait for a different ota update to come through.

Mine has been sitting there for a week now.

So if we get the next update, this one would also cone through at the same time?
