My Blue Cruise service "expired" two days after my purchase early last month. My dealer initiated a ticket with Ford to fix the problem. In the meantime I paid for a month of service as I wanted to see how it worked, and I knew I had a couple of road trips planned. My paid thirty days have now expired. I have followed up with Ford twice, and only have been told my claim is being looked at, and that I would receive a call to discuss the matter. So far, no call and no service. Any help @Ford Motor Company?
