Time incorrect on main MME monitor

It seems all of a sudden the time on the main console display is wrong. Maybe its just the time zone, as the minutes are close. Does anyone know where the MME gets it time from to display on the large console monitor. I am using Android Auto and it has the correct time. I have a 2021 job 1.

Couldn't have been a software update that caused the problem, as it seems FORD, in their wisdom and poor customer service, has stopped updates for 2021. Suggestions on where to look to fix ? I suspect a setting somewhere in the MME (or phone). Or maybe Ford connected services to the MME has changed. Joe

This happened to me and disabled all remote features. I just reset it through the UI.

Make sure your setting for automatic clock update is turned on. It can get switched off by OTA update.
And to add, the setting is mislabeled - it should say “Prevent the clock from displaying random times.”

Maui, Thanks for replying. To clarify, did a "reset all" on the main "Vehicle" menu?
Note, I am also having trouble with my PAAK no longer working and reset on PAAK function. But could get it installed again. I am thinking this is due to a Android update. So going to try again, after the next Android update. Using a FOB again for now,

I don’t know what level of discrepancy they allow for in their time skew algorithm so I don’t know when that kicks in and starts blocking remote api calls.

Would love to understand when/why some of these basic settings change without user input. For me it’s, the whisper/engage, time and ambient lighting.

It’s an IT thing… as a programmer I can say, programmers should not be designing UIs without assistance from a UX (user experience) expert.
