I'm in the same boat and haven't received my adapter or an email acknowledging shipment.

Just checked my order status and now it says December.

Update: Never got an email that it was shipped but my adapter was delivered, by FedEx, yesterday with a shipping date of Dec. 5th. It came from Dearborn.

Good News.
Last Friday I received a notice from Ford that my packages was getting ready to ship and to check my shipping address.

6 days later and it finally arrived.

It took over 300 days but it’s here.

its unfortunate that we are just now getting deliveries on orders placed in March. Mine was done late june. I guess I'll have to wait till april

I noticed that too from the get go.
I could only gain insight into the order status using the order confirmation email.
I’ve tried to find my way back to the order detail/status page using the Ford owners page with no success.

they seem to have a lot of hidden URLs that you just need to know about. But if you do manage to check this from the email, it will temporarily popup this link to "check your status".

This will prompt you for the login and take you to that page.
