Portland area dealership service experiences?

I just purchased a used Mach E and I’m wondering if anyone can share a recommendation or warning about their experience getting work done in their Mach E. I’m just south of Portland, but willing to travel a little if necessary to find good knowledgeable techs and no games.

Hey Shelb-E. I just leased a ‘24 through Landmark Ford in Tigard a few weeks ago. It’s been a few years since we serviced our previous Ford - but I always had good luck with them (C-max plugin hybrid).

My brother-in-law is one of the sales persons there and has been there for several years. If you’re interested, pm me and I’ll give you his name and number. May be able to give you an intro to their service dept guys, etc.

I second the recommendation for Landmark Ford. I bought two Fords from them, a used 2012 Shelby GT500, (love the car) and a new 2021 MME GT. All service done at Landmark.

Newberg Ford is also good. They have an excellent EV tech and offer pickup and delivery for service.

Did you get any major work done on your Mach E such as a HVBJB swap at Landmark?

? - Oh yes, since I became the un-official HVBJB tester for Ford. I was on a first name basis with the advisors and tech at Newberg Ford. I had several HVBJB failures and Newberg replaced 3 of them and Landmark 2 of them. Nothing against Landmark, but both times with Landmark took a lot longer than Newberg due to the volume of cars at Landmark.

Yeah, those were good times. I still get a smile on my face every time we pass a Mach-E on the road. The stories were priceless. I still absolutely love my M3P that just always works, performs amazingly, and has tons of charging options that always work, but I do miss the Mach-E community that really is not present with the Tesla.

Haha, well for starters I’m posting in the Pacific Northwest USA regional sub-forum. If I’m ever in Maine, I’ll keep Yankee Ford in mind.

Thanks, I got my mach-e at Newberg Ford but haven't needed any service as yet. I was thinking about using Tonkin in Hillsboro since it is closer but your post may sway me.
Also have had good experiences with Damerow in Beaverton but not with EV.
