Anyone had glass recall performed in Portland, Oregon metro area?

Multiple dealers in Vancouver are telling me they don't have enough information from Fort to start the process, but I am seeing posts where people have had this completed in other parts of the country, so what these dealers are telling me doesn't make much sense to me. Meanwhile, my wife has asked me a couple times if I feel it is safe to continue driving the car.

Since many Ford dealers are using 3rd party glass companies to perform the work, maybe my best bet is to find out which glass shop has the most experience and best reputation and then ask them to tell me which dealer uses them.
