Walkaway Lock not working with S25+

I recently traded my Samsung S23+ for a S25+. PAAK and walkaway lock worked good with the S23+ but walkaway lock does not work with the S25+. PAAK does work great with the new phone. It seems like the S25+ remains connected to Fordpass when a lot further away from the car. I walked about 100 yards from the car today and Fordpass showed that the phone was still connected. If I shut the phone off and walk away with the fob it locks when walking away. I assume this phone with Android 15 has different Bluetooth that hangs onto the connection at a greater distance. I haven't found any settings to fix it. I reset PAAK with no changes.
Does anybody else with an S25 have this issue or know how to fix it?

Well huh. I have an S25Ultra, I use PAAK, and like OP my walk away feature doesn't work anymore. My phone is always connected or 'trying to connect', then 'connected'. In a store? Yep, my phone is still connected. I haven't tested its range yet but this is ridiculous. It's gotten to where I just automatically lock my car manually using PAAK because otherwise it doesn't lock. My previous phone, Samsung Note 9 it worked just fine. Now? Nope.

PAAK did start working a week or two after I posted. Hopefully it will correct itself for you.

If you tried rebooting your phone. Sometimes that helps problems like this. And leave the Ford App running.

You might try to lock Fordpass open(see below) and make sure location permission is allowed all of the time.
