Navigation not working

i picked up my mach e a few weeks ago. since the beginning my navigation system is not working. I don't have a map on it either. it's just a gray interface. In the navigation settings under satelite status it says gps is off.
Took my Mach e to the dealer twice already and they can't fix the problem. Has anyone had this problem before as well?
Or does anyone have a suggestion what to do?

You probably need a new APIM. Not sure why the dealer can't fix it...they have the Ford hotline and escalation for that reason.

Did you reset the Sync 4A screen or perform a master reset on the car?

Sync 4A reset:
Press and hold both the Volume Down and Seek Right buttons on the steering wheel controls for 10 seconds.

Master Reset, manual page 363
PERFORMING A MASTER RESET

Press the button to open the vehicle drawer.
  1. Press Reset.
  2. Press Master Reset.
  3. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the reset.
