Navigation Stopped Working

Greetings,

I started getting error that Navigation still loading when I try using it by voice. The nav card never appears on screen. This has continued for 3 weeks even after 2 SW updates. I can't think of anything to try.
Car is J1 and has been getting updates and is current.

Any thoughts besides dealer?

Go the app drawer (the button in the top center of the screen that has your profile picture) and open navigation that way

Thanks so much! Working perfectly now. Never had to do this before, nav card was always there at start. Updates probably reset something.
