Sirius XM presets

I have a 2021 premium and on software 10.1.1. I've had a continuous problem with Sirius Xm. Presets disappearing. The ones that disappear are the ones that are streamed above channel number 400 or so. Both Ford and Sirius XM have not been able to solve this at this point. Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same thing happen. The next day they were back.

No this has happened every few days for the last 6 months. They never come back without me resetting them

Yup. It happens every week or 2 for some reason, and it's annoying because the channel number tends to be the same as before

I received this update January 28 and have channels 553 , 715 858 as presets with no issues

I don’t use presets!!
