After 3 years, I am sad to report I sold my ‘22 GT/PE. Over the last year my love for the car started to dissipate, the main screen became more and more glitchy, Apple Carplay stopped working, after 2 years I was still on my local dealerships waitlist for voltage issue (after Ford ordered the part and had it sent for my car to be repaired, yet they gave it to another customer), and then I was rearended a few months ago.

So, without further ado, I am the proud owner of the 2026 Cadillac Vistiq. To best honest, the Mache was great, but the Vistiq is on another level. I know price wise, they are in different league, but in just a few days I fell head over heels for the Vistiq.

So true…. I am such a failure! Let me get a picture in the morning, I only have a picture with a bunch of kids jumping in it.

Also, I forgot to mention the real reason I posted (I think I had too much to drink). On a serious note, thank you to everyone on this forum. You’ve made the last 3 years awesome, reading the stories, sharing updates, success stories and even failures, it’s been a great 3 years. Thank you, everyone!

Here is a picture until I go out in the morning and get a few better pictures. Hawaii has only one Cadillac dealership, and when I bought the Vistiq, the salesman said this is the only one on island. They have a few in transit, but it will be 2-3 months before they arrive. So for the time being, this is the only one in the state.

After my earlier post, I Googled the Vistiq, and did a 'build'. For my taste, I would need the top of the line. Well outside of my budget!

The Vistiq on the website, and now yours, look very nice. Albeit, quite a sizeable difference than a MachE, no?

This is what I love about the EV world - slowly but surely we are getting choice. A guy wants a Caddy AND and EV? There are four to choose from. Chevy Guy? Two choices. Need a three row family hauler? KIA and Hyundai. Subbie? Got ya covered. It's great to see.

I test drove the Lyriq (and there are a TON in my neck of the woods) and really liked the ride. You've moved up for sure

It would be good data if you were willing to give us a report after about three months of driving it. I may be looking at such a switch in a couple years.

Just checked these out online. Nice, but crazy expensive.
