Round Trip Tucson Az to Chandler Az on single charge?

'22 extended range, AWD Premium here checking in.

I would not hesitate to do it. Charge to 100% before you go, and don't drive outrageous speeds on I-10.

I-10 can be a speedway and it is too easy finding yourself at 80 - 85 mph just keeping up with the flow and trying to get around all of the semis on the road, especially the two-lane section between Casa Grande and Queen Creek.

When on similar trips and I am a little nervous about range, I will find someone going a steady 70 mph and tuck in behind them (not too close, but enough for them to fight the headwind for me) and increase my range. I would only do that towards the end of the trip if things were looking a little tight. Otherwise relax and enjoy the trip, you should do fine.

I don't recommend using the EA chargers at the premium outlets. They triggered a charging fault in my Mach E that prevented me from charging anywhere else on my way home. I learned this can happen and there is a special reset sequence required in the car to be able to charge again unless you let the car sit for 10 or more minutes in off state.

If you do need to charge, I recommend either the Tesla superchargers next to the Freddy's or the EVgo in the Target parking lot.

Where would I find the reset sequence? Or is the 10 min rest the answer. Planning a trip to Cali from Tucson and back.
