It was about a 4 day fix. Longest part was them getting the piece shipped. Check for sure that it’s fixed at the dealership and you can get out from the inside. First dealer replaced something else that didn’t matter for the fix and also forgot to hook up the interior door latch when putting it...

hello. I had that exact same problem. I got the door closed up until the plunger stopped it and then pushed very hard on the door from the outside to get it closed. Good luck! The latch fix worked for me.

the other problem I had was with the car itself. I set weekday and weekend charging times (low use hours weekday, anytime weekends) in the app. For whatever reason the anytime on weekends was interpreted by the car as no hours to charge and it would do nothing when I plugged in on the weekend...
