I'm having trouble getting my mach e to charge with my juicebox 40. Only got the car last weekend, had the juicebox installed late last year when I thought the home charger tax credit would expire. When I plug it in it doesn't start charging, Ford pass usually just says plugged in not charging. Works fine with the Ford mobile charger. Anyone have a similar issue?

Yeah but those are concentrated on an issue in Chicagoland.

What does EnelX support say?
At least four or five states are being discussed in the painful to read 50 pages.

Of course part of the mystery is whether they are having the same Chicagoland problem? Is it one common problem, or several similar problems?

Fair enough. I remember a poster from Florida and maybe one or two other places. I'd still give the same advice here, though... Contact EnelX support.

Read a few pages before posting. Looked to me like it was related to the outlet so thought my issue was different since my mobile charger had no issue with my 240v outlet

Yes, definitely contact both Ford and the power company, agree.

Nothing yet. Only had the issue last night and started contact this morning. Wanted to see if anyone has had a similar issue on here in the mean time

Did the same, installed a JuiceBox 40 last year for the tax credit. I plugged it into my son’s Bolt last month, to test it before getting my MME. Within 45 minutes, it stopped charging, the light turned red, and it gave 5 beeps. After checking my circuit for a good ground, I called Enel-X. It turned out to be defective, and they replaced it quickly. The new one works well on the Bolt. I pickup my MME this week. We’ll see! You might want to give them a call. They were very helpful.

is the light bar on the unit white, indicating ready to charge? When you open the app and swipe over two screens does it show standby with 240volts and a number in frequency?

OK. I had a problem like this. Is your JuiceBox set up for any Smart Charging? I had mine set up for SRP SmartCharging and found it would not allow the car to recognize it was plugged in. I unchecked the smart charging from the JuiceBox and handle it all in the car now.

If anything, maybe try to set both juice box and car to charge immediately when plugged in?

the other problem I had was with the car itself. I set weekday and weekend charging times (low use hours weekday, anytime weekends) in the app. For whatever reason the anytime on weekends was interpreted by the car as no hours to charge and it would do nothing when I plugged in on the weekend. I set it from 12:01a to 23:59p and this fixed it and it started charging.

I gave up on my Juicebox 40 pro a few years ago... it failed after ~6 months and they replaced it, but then that one failed too. My OpenEVSE has been working great every day.
