JuiceBox 40 charging curve

Hello, can anyone give me some helpful info about why my juicebox’s charging curve for my Mach E is like this? Ever since downloading the new Enel app, it’s been behaving like this. I am reluctant to believe it’s the app though.
Temps outside are around 90 F but cools down to about 70 F at night but charger still fluctuates between 7 and 9 KWH.

Happening to a lot of us, see other threads, my dealer said Ford is aware of looking for cure but who knows for sure.

It appears to be a car issue, not a charger issue. Happening across brands. I use the old app due to load sharing, and my line is totally straight.
