Thanks. I tried the cable fix but it was already in the correct position. I am hoping to hear from people who took it to a dealer and got it fixed and hopefully point my dealer in the right direction.
I've seen a number of posts of people reporting the same problem but wanted to know if anyone had any luck getting it fixed for for good at your dealer. I've read people thinking it was fixed only to have the same problem again.
I've had my car since Friday afternoon. Thank you for the great feedback and suggestions. Transaction was smooth and the car is home. The car has been great so far and kids can't have enough of it.

Red was my other option. Looks great. By the time I got to do my paperwork, @Nav had taught them everything they needed to know. Smooth transaction. Love the car so far.
Interesting. I don't see the different financing options on ford.com with the differences between financing and Options. It used to show terms and the $2500 or $1000 rebate. I can't find that info anymore. Any suggetions where that info is now?
