Thanks. I tried the cable fix but it was already in the correct position. I am hoping to hear from people who took it to a dealer and got it fixed and hopefully point my dealer in the right direction.

I've seen a number of posts of people reporting the same problem but wanted to know if anyone had any luck getting it fixed for for good at your dealer. I've read people thinking it was fixed only to have the same problem again.

I've had my car since Friday afternoon. Thank you for the great feedback and suggestions. Transaction was smooth and the car is home. The car has been great so far and kids can't have enough of it.

As others have noted, palsapp updates are often delayed. my car arrived at the dealer yesterady and palsapp still says pending from KC.

Anyone having problems generating pin number through Mustang Club? I got a weird html error. I tried different browsers with the same results.

Interesting. I don't see the different financing options on ford.com with the differences between financing and Options. It used to show terms and the $2500 or $1000 rebate. I can't find that info anymore. Any suggetions where that info is now?

Okay, I just got THE call. Heading to the dealer tomorrow around lunch. Other than Marc's checklist and making sure to check for the 21B02 update, what else do I need to consider or check for? Not going to lie but a little nervous now.

Are you considering Ford Options? The other Sheehy customer said they didn't know much about it and didn't offer the $1,000 rebate.

No complaints so far for Sheehy. They've been pretty responsive to my questions although I probably know more than they do. I'll be there tomorrow talking to them so will let you know if any problems

On the same boat...or train...or car. Not really sure. Arrived in KC on 2/12 and now pending to Norfolk Southern. I did get the extra 250 email but my ETA of 3/17 hasn't changed...yet.
